Are your products authentic?
Yes, any sneaker on ThirtySevenKicks.com is 100% authentic. We only deal with legit, store-bought items. You will never find any sort of fakes or variants on our website.
What forms of payment do you accept?
When purchasing something from our website, you may use PayPal or a credit/debit card.
How secure is ThirtySevenKicks.com?
We are PayPal verified. All sales are final on ThirtySevenKicks.com. No refunds and no exchanges on any item/purchase for any reason. However we do value our customer’s satisfaction and ask that you email us if there is a problem.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
No, you may not cancel your order for any reason. Once your order is placed it cannot be changed. You may not return or exchange your order once you receive it. However we do value our customer’s satisfaction and ask that you email us if there is a problem.
How long does shipping take for an item in-stock on ThirtySevenKicks.com?
All orders on ThirtySevenKicks.com are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days within the United States) unless otherwise noticed. Please allow 1-2 business days handling time for any in stock items to ship out.
How long does shipping take for my preorder that I ordered on ThirtySevenKicks.com?
Preorders typically ship out 1-2 business days after the release date. If the release date is a Saturday, orders usually ship out the following Monday. In some cases, handling time may be delayed a few days because we ordered your items, therefore they need to arrive to us before we can ship out to you.
What’s your shipping cost? Do you ship internationally?
All orders (unless otherwise noticed) shipped within the United States are free. We ship USPS Priority (2-3 business day). Our shipping rate to Canada is on average, $40 but can vary per item. If you are looking to order from anywhere else or if our website will not let you checkout, please email us ([email protected]) before purchase.
Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
Yes, during checkout you can change your shipping address. Once your order is placed you cannot modify or cancel any part of your order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, after placing your order you will be emailed an order confirmation. This email will include your order number on the top of your page. Please keep your order number in your records in case you need to contact us for any reason.
